On this page we have thought of all the questions that may come to mind before departure.
All quotations do not include tourist tax, which amounts to €2 per day per person over the age of 14, applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

This is a situation we hope will not happen, because we look forward to welcoming you to Hotel Jumbo!
However, we would like to explain our internal rules that apply in the event of a cancellation request:
- for cancellations received at least one month before arrival, the deposit will be returned;
- for cancellations received between one month and ten days before arrival, the deposit can be used for another stay within the current season;
- for cancellations received ten to one day before arrival, the deposit will be retained;
- in the event of early departure, the cost of just one night's accommodation will be charged, up to a maximum of 3, in accordance with current legislation.
There are two exceptions to this cancellation policy:
for cancellations received due to government restrictions preventing travel, the deposit will be refunded in full, even if undated;
for cancellations received for Covid positivity (documented by a medical certificate or swab result), a voucher will be issued for use during the current or following season.

For both lunch and dinner we offer a wide choice of starters, first and second courses based on meat, fish and vegetables, as well as fresh fruit, sorbet, ice cream and homemade desserts at the end of each meal.
We also organise 3 theme evenings every week:
Romagnola evening, with typical local dishes;
Fisherman's Evening, with fish dishes;
Evening in White, where we require clothing total-white, with a group photo at the end of the evening.
The restaurant opens daily from 12.15 p.m. until 2 p.m. and in the evening from 19:15 to 21:00.
To ensure optimum service for all, access to the restaurant will be divided into two time slots. We will ask you to indicate your preference when booking, we will take it into consideration but reserve the right to change it according to availability.
The chosen time slot (first or second) will apply to all three main meals. It is not possible to alternate between the different time slots. (e.g. it is not allowed to have breakfast and lunch in the first band and dinner in the second band).

Please note that full board starts with the lunch on the day of arrival and ends with the breakfast on the day of departure; meals not taken (including lunch on the first day in the case of afternoon arrivals) cannot be recuperated and will not be deducted from the final bill.
Anyone wishing to have lunch on the day of departure must notify the Management at least 24 hours in advance and the service will be subject to availability.
The cost will be 25€ for each adult, 20€ for ages 5 to 15, and 15€ for children aged 2 to 4.

Of course, children can also enjoy the adult menus and, as is often the case, vice versa! Everyone likes pasta with tomato sauce and pizza, don't they?!

At Jumbo we also have aindoor play areaIt is also designed for bad weather days (hopefully very few of them), but still usable until the evening after dinner. Here we have also created a new zone for children under 4It is accessible without shoes, safe and without edges, where the little ones can have fun in the 'ball pool', with our inflatable animals and much more. Not forgetting the brand new video library with all the cartoons that children love so much.

- Dogs may be walked on the shoreline before 8 a.m. and after 7 p.m.; access at other times may result in penalties;
- For added comfort, Bradipo Beach also provides enclosures measuring 4x4 metres. This service is subject to an additional charge of €5 per day. For further information and to pay the supplement, please contact the lifeguard directly.

L'access to the swimming pool in the hotel is free, no hair cap required, just a shower before diving, especially when returning from the beach.

Entrance to the Beach Village in Riccione is free for the entire stay for those who choose the All inclusive formula. You can reach the park in just 5 minutes by bus n. 11, buying your ticket from the tobacconist or directly on board.
Le whirlpools outdoor pools can only be used with tokens, which can be purchased at reception or at the pool bar. At the end of the hydromassage cycle it is not allowed to stay inside the pools.
The whirlpool cycle lasts about 15 minutes and a maximum of 5 people can enter the pool. Children unaccompanied by their parents are not permitted.

Our relaxation area is not included in the all-inclusive formula.

The hotel is open 24 hours a day with a night watchman.
Rimini station: bus no. 11 stop 25. The bus stop is located next to the hotel.
In the car: Rimini Sud motorway exit, keep to the right and drive straight ahead following the signs for the hospital, once you have passed the hospital, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, drive along Via Firenze to the end, at the stop sign turn right, after about 500 meters you will find us on your right. You can stop next to the hotel, unload your luggage and bring the car to our car park.
In the car: Rimini Sud motorway exit, keep to the right and drive straight ahead following the signs for the hospital, once you have passed the hospital, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, drive along Via Firenze to the end, at the stop sign turn right, after about 500 meters you will find us on your right. You can stop next to the hotel, unload your luggage and bring the car to our car park.
At the time of booking you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer. The balance will be done directly at the hotel in the days preceding departure.
