Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in our prices and offers; it amounts to € 1,50 per day and per person over 14 years of age and is due for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash.
Reservation down payment
For reservation a down payment is required, the balance is due in the hotel during your stay. The down payment will be reimbursed in case of cancellation at least one month prior to arrival. In case of cancellation less than one month but at least 10 days prior to arrival, the down payment can be used for another stay within the current season. In case of cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival, the down payment will be retained as deficiency compensation.
When are meal times ?

Breakfast is served from 07.45 to 09.30
For meals, the restaurant will be open from 12.30 until 14.00 for lunch and from 19.30 to 21.00 for dinner.

Is it possible to prepare baby meals?

If there are special requirements on sizes of pasta, flours, cereals, and baby food, at your arrival, you can deliver everything you need for feeding your little ones, explaining how it should be prepared and we will do the rest.
With regards to the meal times for your children, tell us your wishes and we will do our best to satisfy you. Further, everyday a part of the buffet contains food made especially for the little ones, at lunch and at dinner.

Do you have areas where the children can play?
Around the swimming pool, but not only there, our entertainment staff will create a joyful environment with mini club, baby club and sports tournaments for the big and the little ones, during the entire week.
We have two play areas for children, one near the swimming pool with swings and castles, and one indoors, intended for days of bad weather (hoping that there will be fery few of them) but always usable anyhow, until after dinner in the evening. We have created also a new zone for children under 4 years of age, accessible without shoes, safe and without any edges, where the little ones have a lot of fun with the ball pool, the inflatable animals and many more toys. Finally, we have a new videotheque with all the cartoons children love best. Please note: the presence of a parent is always required, even when entertainment personnel is there.
At what time is it possible to check in and to check out?
You can move into your room from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and you must liberate it within 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You can arrive at the hotel at any time; if the room is not available yet, we will offer you a good coffee and keep your luggage. If you want, you can put on your bathing dress and start your vacation immediately. On your return from the beach, we will hand over the room and accompany you to the restaurant table.
Are pets allowed?
Your four legged friend is welcome at the Hotel Jumbo; we just ask you to advise us of him when you book, there are no supplements to pay. The only rule to respect is that they must not enter the dining room and the swimming pool, and they must be kept on leash in the common areas.
Remember to bring the identity and medical documents with you; they might be required outside the hotel.
Is the swimming pool always open?
Admission to the hotel swimming pool is free, no bathing cap is required, but please take a shower before you enter the water, especially when you return from the beach.
Animals are not allowed in the pool. The depth of the pool is 1 metre in the zone near the entrance, where water aerobics and other activities are practised, and 1,40 metres in the remaining part.
There are opening and closing hours to respect (open 10.30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) for reasons of safety and cleaning. It is not allowed to stay on the loungers and seats after closing time. As in other swimming pools, it is not allowed to reserve a lounger by leaving one's towel on it. On two evenings per week the pool is open after dinner, too, much to the joy of big and little ones.
The Acquapark in Marebello and the Beach Village in Riccione – how to get there?
The entrance to the water park of Marebello is only 50 metres from your beach umbrella away. Admission is free if you booked the all inclusive package, and you can use the slides anytime you want from Monday through Friday.
Admission to the Beach Village in Riccione is free during your entire stay if you booked the all inclusive package, and a free shuttle service (at set times) takes you there; the water park is about 3 km from the hotel.
Are the outdoor whirlpool bathes included in the price?
For using the outdoor jacuzzi pools you need tokens that can be bought at the reception or at the bar at the swimming pool. At the end of the cycle you must get out of the pool.
The under-water massage cycle lasts for 15 minutes approximately, and up to 5 persons are allowed in the pool at the same time. Children must pe accompanied by a parent.
How and when can I use the Wellness Area?
The use of the wellness area is not included, neither in the rates of the all inclusive formula, nor in those of the basic formula.
You have to reserve the spa, and exclusive use is guaranteed. We decided to regulate the use of this little wellness oasis following one principle: maximum privacy. You can choose various treatments and programmes according to your needs and wishes.
Can I connect to the internet?
WiFi is available in the entire hotel, free of charge.
Are there towels? Do I have to bring a beach towel and a bathrobe with me?
The towels in the rooms are changed daily. We will give you a beach towel against a deposit of € 15,00. Any change or washing of the beach towel costs € 3,00; in the all inclusive formula one change is included.
What bathing beach is the hotel affiliated with?
We have an agreement with the Marebello Beach, which is only a few metres from our hotel.

Parking is included in the all inclusive formula; if you book with the basic formula, a fee is charged. We have two parking areas which allow us to ensure a place to every car. One is next to the hotel building, it is fenced but not guarded; the other one is served by a shuttle bus at every hour, day and night, it is fenced, video controlled, guarded and insured.
Can I get in and out of the hotel whenever I want?
The hotel is open 24 hours a day, with a night guard.
How to reach the Hotel.
From Rimini train station by bus no. 11, grt off at bus stop 25, beside the hotel. By car: motorway exit Rimini Sud, keep to the right, drive straight on along the road, following the “Ospedale” (hospital) signs, passed the hospital at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, drive along Via Firenze to the end, at the stop sign turn right, after about 500 metres the hotel is on the right hand side. You can stop beside the hotel, unload the luggage and then take the car to our parking area.
How can I Pay?
When you reserve the room, a down payment by bank transfer, money transfer or credit card is required. The balance has to be paid in the hotel before you leave.
